For my spring 2023 capstone project at Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Communications, I created a children’s book featuring folktales from every continent. I researched the stories and found public domain retellings of each one. I then drew cohesive and engaging illustrations, making sure to respect the stories and their cultures.

The project earned a 2023 American Graphic Design Award from GDUSA for student design work.
